slice the mushrooms

deseed and dice  the bell pepper

dice the shallot

mince the  garlic clove

heat your pan  over high,  add mushrooms,  cook until they  start to brown

add olive oil,  cook for 1 minute

add bell pepper,  cook for 2 minutes

add butter,  shallot and garlic,  cook for 2 minutes

deglaze with vodka,  simmer for 1 minute

stir in salt, pepper  and tomato paste

add ground chicken,  break up into pieces

cook for  5 minutes

pour in  chicken broth,  bring to a boil,  simmer for  10 minutes

meanwhile,  boil tagliatelle  al dente  in salted water

drain  when ready

stir in  sour cream

stir in  tagliatelle

top with parsley  and chili flakes
