Chicken Piccata Pasta

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the capers

chop the parsley

boil pasta al dente in salted water, drain when ready, reserving the cooking water

 heat oil and butter,  add ground chicken, cook until browned

 add garlic, capers,  salt and pepper,  cook for 2 minutes

deglaze with  white wine,  cook for 3 minutes

add lemon juice, parsley and cream, bring to a simmer

stir in Parmesan

add pasta and 1/4 cup cooking water,  stir to combine
