Chicken Meatballs  all'Arrabbiata  with Polenta

dice the onion

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

combine ground chicken with egg yolk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried onion, paprika, breadcrumbs and Parmesan

roll into meatballs

heat oil and butter over medium

add meatballs

brown on all sides

remove from skillet

add garlic  and onion, cook until soft

stir in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning  and tomato paste

deglaze with chicken broth

add chili flakes, puréed tomatoes and parsley

stir in Parmesan, bring to a simmer

return meatballs to the skillet

simmer for  10 minutes

meanwhile, make the polenta: bring chicken broth and milk  to a simmer

stir in polenta, salt and pepper, simmer for  2-3 minutes

turn off the heat, stir in Parmesan  and butter
