Chicken in Butter Almond Sauce

season chicken fillets  with salt, pepper  and paprika

dredge in flour

mince the  garlic clove

chop the parsley

heat butter  over medium,  add chicken

sear 5 minutes  per side, until  cooked through

remove from skillet

reduce heat  to medium low,  add butter

add garlic  and almonds,  cook for  2 minutes

add lemon juice,  Italian seasoning  and parsley

add chicken

top with almonds

finish off with  lemon zest  and parsley
