Cherry Bourbon Chicken Wings

on a baking sheet,  drizzle wings with oil,  season with salt,  pepper,  garlic powder  and paprika

massage until coated

place in a single layer,  bake for 30 minutes  at 425°F/ 200°C

meanwhile,  prepare the sauce:  to a large bowl add  cherry jam, bbq sauce,  cider vinegar, bourbon,  Worcestershire sauce, salt and chili flakes

grate the garlic cloves

stir to combine

add baked wings and  their released juices

toss to coat

place on the  baking sheet,  spread evenly with  excess sauce

bake for  20 minutes more
