Tomato Shrimp with  Parmesan Polenta

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the onion

heat oil  over medium

add bacon, cook until golden

add maple syrup  and bourbon

remove from skillet

add butter

place shrimp  in a single layer

season with salt, pepper and paprika sear 1 minute  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic  and onion, cook for  2-3 minutes

add salt,  pepper, paprika  chili flakes, sage  and tomato paste

pour in  chicken broth, bring to a simmer

bring  chicken broth and milk  to a boil

add polenta, stir continuously, about 2 minutes

add  salt, pepper  and lemon juice

turn off the heat stir in Parmesan

stir in butter

cover,  let stand  for 2 minutes

meanwhile, , add shrimp to  tomato gravy, cook for 1 minute
