Charred Cherry Tomatoes with Burrata

combine oil with honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon  juice, paprika, thyme  and cumin seeds

to a baking sheet, add cherry tomatoes,  prepared oil mixture  and garlic,  bake 20 minutes  at 450°F/ 220°C

when ready, squeeze out the garlic, remove peel and combine with  released juices

add burrata to a bowl, top with charred  tomatoes and their juices

sprinkle with black pepper, chili  flakes and flaky salt
