roughly chop the pecans, slice the camembert

spread the chips  on a baking sheet,  tuck pieces of prosciutto/ham  in-between

top with camembert, Gruyère and pecans

 bake 10 minutes at 350°F(180°C)

finish off with cranberries, onion chutney, rosemary,  chili flakes and  flaky salt
