Cajun Honey  Butter Salmon

pat the salmon dry, cut crosswise into two parts

season with salt, pepper, Cajun and Italian seasoning, drizzle with oil

grate the garlic cloves

combine honey with chilli oil

heat oil and butter in a nonstick skillet

add salmon fillets

cook for 2 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic, cook for 1 minute

deglaze with broth, simmer for 2 minutes

add green peas, cook for 2 minutes

add salmon

drizzle with spicy honey, simmer for 3 minutes

meanwhile, chop the chives

sprinkle with lemon juice and chives

top with red pepper flakes and black pepper
