Butter Beans with Sausages

dice the onion
mince the garlic cloves
heat oil and butter over medium, add sausages
sear 3 minutes per side, remove from skillet
add garlic and onion, sauté for 2 minutes
add Calabrian chili paste, pepper, thyme and spinach, cook for 2 minutes
add beans and chicken broth, cover, simmer for 10 minutes
stir in lemon juice and Parmesan
add sausages, simmer for 5 minutes
