Bourbon Shrimp

peel and devein  the shrimp

combine with salt,  pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  place shrimp  in a single layer

sear 1 minute  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic,  cook for 1 minute

stir in oregano, pepper and flour

deglaze with  bourbon,  simmer for  2 minutes

pour in  chicken broth,  bring to a boil

add lemon juice,  parsley and butter,  simmer until the  sauce starts to thicken

add shrimp,  simmer for  1 minute

finish off with  parsley,  black pepper  and chili flakes
