slice the chicken, combine with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, black pepper,  garlic powder, rice vinegar and cornstarch

boil the noodles,  when ready drain,  run under cold water

slice the cabbage  and onion

mince the  garlic cloves

for the sauce, combine water with black pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, cornstarch and tomato paste

heat the wok, add oil,  place chicken  in a single layer,  sear for 1 minute

flip, stir for 2 minutes,  remove

add oil, onion, garlic  and snow peas,  stir fry for 30 seconds

add cabbage,  cook for 30 seconds

pour in the sauce,  cook until it  starts to thicken

add chicken,  stir to coat,  cook for 30 seconds

turn off the heat,  stir in noodles
