Beer Sautéed Chicken Fajitas

cut chicken thighs  into bite-sized pieces

combine with salt,  pepper, paprika,  coriander and cumin

deseed and thinly slice  the bell pepper

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the onion

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  place chicken  in a single layer,  sear undisturbed  for 2 minutes

start stirring,  cook for 2 minutes

add bell pepper,  cook for 2 minutes

meanwhile,  boil rice according  package directions

add onion and garlic,  cook for 3 minutes

stir in oregano  and chili flakes

stir in flour

pour in beer

add BBQ sauce,  simmer for  5 minutes

drain the rice,  plate and serve!
