Basil Tomato Ravioli

mince the garlic

roughly chop  the basil leaves

heat oil over medium, add cherry tomatoes

place in a single layer, cover, cook for about 3 minutes

when they start to soften, press with a fork to release juices

add salt, pepper, chili flakes, Italian seasoning and garlic, cook for 2 minutes

meanwhile, cook the  ravioli, 2 minutes

stir in basil leaves

add 1/2 cup cooking water, simmer for 1 minute

drain the ravioli

toss ravioli with tomatoes, simmer for 1 minute
