Balsamic Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle

Heat the skillet over high heat. Add mushrooms. Fry for 8 minutes.

Boil the pasta.

When mushrooms have released  their moisture, add olive oil and all spices.

Add balsamic vinegar and butter.

When butter is melted, add garlic and shallot. Cook for 1 minute. 

Toss with pasta and serve  with creamy burrata.
