Baked Butter Rice with Chicken

 chop the broccoli florets, dice the onion, mince the garlic

heat oil and butter,  add ground chicken, break up into pieces

add onion, garlic,  salt, pepper,  paprika and thyme

stir in broccoli  and rice

pour in broth,  dot with butter

cover with foil,  bake 35 minutes at 350°F (175°C)

remove foil,  fluff the rice,  top with cheddar,  bake for 10 minutes
