Bacon Corn Tortellini

mince the  garlic cloves

slice the kernels  from the cob

cook bacon  until crispy

add garlic, salt,  pepper and  Italian seasoning

stir in  tomato paste

add corn kernels,  cook for  2 minutes

pour in cream and  add Parmesan,  simmer for 3 minutes

 meanwhile,  boil tortellini for  2 minutes in  salted water, drain

toss in tortellini,  finish off with  chili flakes and  parsley
