Apple Cider  Garlic Butter Chicken

cut the apples in wedges, slice off the core

mince the garlic

season the chicken breasts

heat oil and butter  in a skillet

add pancetta, cook until crispy

remove, leaving grease in the skillet

add chicken

cook 8 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add apples, place in a single layer

sear until golden, 2 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add butter

sauté garlic until soft

stir in flour

add apple cider, bring to a boil

stir in mustard, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and spices

simmer for 5 minutes

add chicken

add apples

top with oregano and pancetta
