20 Minute Garlic Ramen


grate the garlic, keep 2 cloves separated

grate the ginger

clean and cut bok choy into smaller pieces

add eggs to boiling water, cook for 6-7 minutes

heat oil in a skillet, add ground pork

break up into pieces, cook for 3 minutes

add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute

add spices, soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce and sesame oil,

cook until crispy

add oil and the remaining garlic to a sauce pan

add chicken broth, soy milk and soy sauce,

simmer for 5 minutes

add bok choy to ground meat, cook for 3 minutes

add instant ramen  noodles to boiling water, cook for 2 minutes

add miso to the soup, stir until dissolved

keep an eye on  your bok choy

drain the noodles , run under cold water, serve!
