15 Minute Chicken Penne

slice the chicken

chop the parsley

mince the  garlic cloves

boil penne  al dente  in salted water

heat  oil and butter  over medium high,  add chicken

stir in  salt, pepper,  thyme and  dried onion

stir in garlic

add  tomato paste,  cook for  2 minutes

scoop up  1/2 cup  cooking water,  add to skillet,  simmer for  2 minutes

drain  the penne

pour in cream,  add parsley,  bring to a simmer

reduce heat  to medium low,  stir in Parmesan

toss in penne,  top with  black pepper  and chili flakes
