Light, refreshing frozen yogurt with raspberries and greek yogurt. Perfect for the hot summer days.
- 4,5 cups raspberries
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
Put the raspberries into a saucepan, add the sugar and simmer over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Transfer the raspberries into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator. You can do this the day before.
Then press the raspberries trough a sieve, mix with yogurt and pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and spin for about 30 minutes. Pour into an ice cream container and freeze for at least 2 hours. If the ice cream will be in the freezer for a longer period of time, than take it out 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
