An easy recipe for delicious oatmeal cookies with chocolate and dried blueberries. They are perfect with afternoon tea or coffee.
200 g sugar
240 g butter at room temperature
200 g flour
280 g oats
100 g chocolate dessert drops
100 g dried blueberries
Pour the oats into a blender and puls, be careful that it doesn’t turn into flour.
Place the butter in a bowl together with sugar and eggs. Beat until the mixture becomes light and smooth. Add the oats and flour and combine everything together. Then add the chocolate drops and blueberries and stir gently. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then roll the dough into rolls and cut into pieces. Lay them on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Use a spoon to flatten them gently. Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C/325 °F. Enjoy!
