This recipe is a new favorite summer pasta for sure!! Anyone who gardens or gets a CSA (both here) knows that come August you’re just going to be drowning in tomatoes and basil. A tasty problem to have, but what to do with it all?? This recipe uses a bunch of each and is so freaking easy to whip together. I will likely make it many more times before the season is over. I used mostly vine tomatoes (with just a few sungold cherry) in my sauce because I have a ton from our CSA and knew they were really flavorful; the sauce came out amazing. I also shredded a bit of rotisserie chicken and tossed that in with the pasta for protein, highly recommend if you want to bulk it up a bit.

    1. Rebecca, this is such a wonderful review! Love that you turned all those garden goodies into this pasta, and the addition of rotisserie chicken sounds perfect. So glad it’s a new summer favorite!
