Ingredients: 12 ounces orecchiette; 1 tbsp unsalted butter; 1 tbsp olive oil (or oil from sun-dried tomatoes); 2 chicken fillets (cut into strips); 1 tsp salt; ½ tsp black pepper; 1 tsp sweet paprika; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1 yellow onion (diced); 4 garlic cloves (minced); 2 tbsp tomato paste; 2 tbsp rose harissa paste (more or less to taste); ¾ cup heavy cream; ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped); 2 tbsp chopped parsley
