Tried this for the first time last night – excellent recipe except that I think the quantity of flour might be off?
The sauce was very runny, it didn’t really come together like a gravy.. Looking back at the ingredients, I think the flour quantity should at least be 1:1 with cooking oils, not to mention the grease from the burger. Just my two cents! Still a great weeknight recipe.
Thanks for the feedback, Taylor! really appreciate it. The flour amount should work, but, you’re right, the consistency can vary depending on how much fat/liquid is in the pan. Glad you still enjoyed it overall!
