    How would you alter recipe to brown and bake for boneless or bone in thighs

    1. Hi John! For boneless chicken thighs, you can follow the recipe as written, but bake them for only 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

      For bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, start by searing them: 10 minutes skin-side down, then flip and sear for an additional 5 minutes. Remove them from the skillet, prepare the brown sugar sauce, and return the chicken thighs to the skillet. Then transfer the dish to the oven and bake according to the instructions for drumsticks.
