sticky garlic  sesame meatballs

grate the ginger

grate the garlic

finely chop 2 tbsp of the scallions' dark parts

cut the remaining parts  into small pieces

add ingredients for the meatballs to a bowl

mix until just combined

add scallions

roll the meat into balls

combine ingredients for the sauce

cook the rice

heat oil in a skillet

add meatballs

brown on all sides, about 5 minutes

add ginger & garlic

sauté until fragrant

add sauce

cook for 10 minutes

add scallions, cook 1 minute
