Spicy Tomato Beans with 'Nduja

dice the shallot

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

heat oil over  medium low, add  garlic and shallot, cook for 2 minutes

add salt, pepper,  Italian seasoning  and tomato paste,  stir until  incorporated

add 'Nduja, stir until dissolved

add chicken broth, bring to a boil

pour in cream

stir in Parmesan

add beans  and sprinkle with  lemon juice, cook for 5 minutes

when ready, garnish with parsley
