Soy Shiitakes with Dumplings

tear shiitakes  into smaller pieces

roughly chop  the scallions

mince the  garlic cloves

heat your skillet  over high,  add shiitakes,  cook for 1 minute,  add oil, cook  for 2 minutes

stir in butter

add garlic,  scallions and peas,  cook for 2 minutes

stir in  soy sauce,  mirin and  sesame oil

stir in honey

add dumplings

add 1/4 cup water,  cook for 3 minutes

finish off with  black pepper  and chili flakes
