Shrimp in Sage Garlic Butter

pat the shrimp dry, season with salt, pepper and paprika

chop the parsley

dice the onion

grate the  garlic cloves

heat oil and butter over high,  place shrimp  in a single layer

sear 1 minute  per side, remove from skillet

reduce heat to low, add onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes

stir in salt, pepper, dried sage  and cornstarch

add butter, stir until melted

sprinkle with lemon juice

add shrimp, simmer for 1 minute

top with parsley, black pepper, chili flakes and lemon zest
