Salmon in Creamy Chive Sauce

pat the salmon fillets dry,  season both sides with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

chop the chives

mince the  garlic cloves

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  add salmon fillets

sear 3 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

reduce heat  to medium,  add garlic,  cook 1 minute

add salt,  cayenne pepper  and tomato paste,  cook for 2 minutes

pour in cream,  bring to a simmer

stir in chives

add salmon

finish off with  black pepper,  simmer for  3 minutes
