Salisbury Steak Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy

add ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder, dried onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup

mix until just combined

roll into 3-tbsp sized meatballs

thinly slice the mushrooms

thinly slice the onions

mince the garlic

heat oil and butter over medium, add meatballs

brown on all sides, remove from skillet

add mushrooms, cook until brown, remove from skillet

add oil and onions, cook until soft, about 3 minutes

add garlic, cook for 1 minute

stir in oregano and pepper, then add flour, stir until incorporated

pour in beef broth, bring to a boil

add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and mustard

add mushrooms

return meatballs to the skillet

simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked through

finish off with parsley and black pepper
