Roasted Pepper Feta Dip

cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle a  baking sheet with oil

add peppers and garlic, roast at 400°F/ 200°C for 30 minutes

when ready, peel and remove the seeds

to your food processor, add feta, cream cheese, salt, pepper, paprika,  cayenne pepper  and lemon juice

add peppers  and garlic

blend until smooth

smooth out, drizzle with oil and honey

top with chili flakes, black pepper  and thyme
