Ravioli in Creamy Bacon Sauce


finely chop the shallot

mince the garlic

chop the bacon

heat oil and butter in a skillet

add bacon, cook until crispy

add garlic and shallot, cook until soft

stir in spices

deglaze with chicken broth

pour in cream

add Parmesan, stir until dissolved

add lemon juice, simmer for 5 minutes

meanwhile, cook the ravioli, 3-4 minutes

chop the parsley

drain ravioli, add to skillet

add parsley, toss

top with black pepper, and red pepper flakes
