Ravioli in Crayfish Tomato Sauce

chop the chives
dice the shallot
mince the garlic cloves
heat butter over medium, add garlic and shallot, cook for 1 minute
add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano, cover and braise for 5 minutes
