chop the parsley

slice the  garlic cloves

season both sides of  the salmon fillets with  piri piri seasoning

add garlic, capers  and pistachios

drizzle with olive oil  and top with parsley

sprinkle with  lemon juice,  transfer to the oven,  bake for 15 minutes  at 350°F/180°C
