Oven Baked  Peanut Butter Ribs

add ingredients for the peanut butter sauce to a jar

shake well to combine

layer a baking sheet with parchment paper, add ribs, spread 1 tbsp sauce on each

brush each rib

turn, brush the other side, marinate for 1 to 2 hours

then, cover with foil, bake for 1 1/2 hours

when ready, remove the foil and flip the ribs

brush with remaining sauce, bake for 15 minutes more or until browned
