Mongolian  Ground Beef Noodles

chop the scallions

grate the  garlic cloves  and ginger

combine soy sauce  with cornstarch, sugar,  pepper, sesame oil  and oyster sauce

boil noodles  al dente in salted water

heat oil over  medium high,  add ground beef,  cook 5 minutes  until brown

add garlic  and ginger  cook for  1 minute

add prepared  sauce,  simmer for  2 minutes

scoop up 1/2 cup  cooking water,  add to the skillet

drain the noodles

stir in  scallions

toss in noodles

top with  sesame seeds  and chili flakes
