Italian Sausage and Chorizo Rigatoni

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

chop the chorizo

heat oil in  over medium

add chorizo

cook until crispy

add onion and garlic cook until soft

add Italian sausage

break up into pieces

cook until it starts to brown

stir in tomato paste

add salt, pepper,  sage, oregano  and paprika

add chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes

add crushed tomatoes, simmer for 15 minutes

meanwhile,  boil rigatoni  al dente  in salted water

stir occasionally, chop the parsley

drain the rigatoni

turn off the heat, add parsley  and Parmesan

toss with rigatoni
