Hasselback Potato Bake with Feta


thinly slice the potatoes using two chopsticks or any thin piece of wood

combine Parmesan with cream, salt, pepper, dried onions and garlic powder

grease a large baking dish with butter, place the potatoes

spread cream mixture over potatoes

cover with foil, bake 40 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C

remove foil, sprinkle with feta

sprinkle with black pepper and thyme sprigs, bake for another 20 minutes
