Hamburger Steak in Creamy Dill Sauce

grate the onion, add ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cream and egg
mix with your hands until just combined
divide mixture into 4 portions, form each portion into a ball
press down to 3/4 inch | 2 cm thick
finely chop the onion
mince the garlic
chop the dill
heat oil and butter over medium, add hamburger steaks
cook 4-5 minutes per side
remove from skillet
add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes over low
stir in salt, pepper and flour
pour in broth, simmer for 2 minutes
add cream and dill, simmer until it starts to thicken
add hamburger steaks, simmer for 5-6 minutes
