Garlic Soy Chicken

cut the chicken thighs  into thin slices

combine with  cornstarch and oil

cut cauliflower  into florets

then into  bite-sized pieces

chop the scallions

mince the garlic cloves  and grate the ginger

combine soy sauce  with sesame oil,  chili sauce, tahini,  sambal oelek  rice vinegar, honey and pepper

heat oil  over high

add chicken

cook until browned  and crispy

remove from skillet

boil rice (or noodles)  according to  package directions

add oil  to the skillet

add cauliflower

sauté until  slightly browned

add chicken

pour in the  prepared sauce

add ginger  and garlic

add 1/2 cup  cooking water,  simmer for  5 minutes

stir in scallions
