Creamy Tuscan Ravioli

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the sun-dried  tomatoes

heat oil and butter over low

add garlic, cook for 2 minutes

stir in salt, pepper and Italian seasoning

add sun-dried tomatoes, cook for 1 minute

add spinach, cook until wilted

pour in cream, bring to a simmer

cook ravioli in  salted water, for 3 minutes

stir in lemon juice and Parmesan, simmer for 2 minutes

drain ravioli, reserve 1/4 cup cooking water

toss ravioli  with sauce

finish off with chili flakes and black pepper
