Creamy Sweet Chili Chicken Meatballs

chop the cilantro

grate the  garlic cloves

to a bowl , add  ground chicken, garlic powder, ginger powder, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce,  egg yolk, cilantro and breadcrumbs

mix until just combined

roll into  2-tbsp sized meatballs

combine coconut milk with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha

lime juice and grated garlic

heat oil and butter over medium, add meatballs

brown all over, about 8 minutes

add prepared  coconut sauce

bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes  over low

when ready, top with cilantro
