Creamy Sweet Chili Chicken Meatballs

chop the cilantro

grate the garlic cloves

add ground chicken, garlic & ginger powder, soy sauce, sweet chili  sauce, egg yolk, cilantro and breadcrumbs

mix to combine

roll into  2-tbsp sized meatballs

combine coconut milk with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha

lime juice and grated garlic

heat oil and butter over medium, add meatballs

brown all over, about 8 minutes

add prepared sauce

bring to a boil, cover, simmer for 10 minutes

when ready, finish off with cilantro
