Creamy Harissa Shrimp Spaghetti

boil spaghetti  al dente  in salted water

combine shrimp with  salt, pepper, paprika  and garlic powder

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  place shrimp  in a single layer

sear 1 minute  per side

remove from skillet

add tomato paste  and harissa paste,  cook for 3 minutes  over medium

add cream,  bring to a simmer

stir in shrimp

scoop up 1/2 cup  cooking water,  drain the spaghetti

add spaghetti  and 1/4 cup  cooking water,  toss to combine
