finely chop the shallot

cook penne in salted water

heat oil in a skillet

add chicken

cook until it starts to brown

add garlic and shallot

stir in spices

deglaze with chicken broth

add tomato paste

and chili paste

stir in cherry tomatoes

add tomato purée, bring to a boil

add cream

drain the penne

stir in Parmesan

toss with penne

and parsley
