20 Minute Shrimp with Chimichurri-style sauce


combine shrimp with spices and olive oil, set aside to marinate

mince the garlic

finely chop the shallot

chop the parsley

chop the cilantro

heat oil and butter in a skillet

add shrimp in a single layer

sear, 1 minute per side

remove from skillet

add garlic and shallot, cook for 1 minute

deglaze with white wine

add butter

add lemon juice and honey

stir in parsley and cilantro

add shrimp back to the skillet

heat for 30 seconds

top with scallions and fresh chili pepper
