Chicken Pot Pie Noodles

peel and finely dice  the carrots

finely chop the  onion

mince the garlic

cut the chicken thighs  into small pieces

heat butter over  medium low,  add onion, garlic  and carrots,  cook for 3 minutes

add chicken,  cook for 3 minutes

add salt, pepper,  cumin and thyme

stir in flour

add green peas

pour in broth,  bring to a boil

cover, simmer  for 10 minutes

meanwhile,  boil noodles  al dente  in salted water

add half-and-half,  simmer for 5 minutes

drain the  egg noodles

toss in egg noodles

finish off with  black pepper  and chili flakes
