slice the lemon

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the parsley

slice the chicken horizontally lenghtwise, gently pound with a meat tenderizer

combine flour with salt, pepper and paprika, dredge chicken  in flour mixture

heat oil and butter  over high in a  nonstick skillet

place lemon slices  in a single layer,  cook for 30 seconds per side

remove from skillet

add chicken cutlets

cook 2-3 minutes per side

remove from skillet

add garlic, cook for 1 minute

add capers, cook for 1 minute more

deglaze with  chicken broth, simmer for  2 minutes

stir in butter

pour in cream, bring to a simmer

add lemon juice, miso paste  and parsley

return chicken to the skillet

add lemon slices

finish off with parsley, black pepper  and extra capers
