Cheesy Baked Rice Meatballs

combine crushed tomatoes with salt, pepper, chili flakes, sweet paprika and Italian seasoning

add egg yolk, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, Parmesan, parsley and rice  to ground meat

add milk, mix to combine

roll into balls

add prepared  crushed tomatoes, cover, bake for 30 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C

sprinkle with mozzarella

bake for 15 minutes more
